Our beef is a special blend of Japanese Wagyu, known for its excellent marbling qualities, and American Black Angus, for its flavor profile and size. Our breeding, paired with a meticulous diet, results in beef quality that is simply unmatched. Our animals are at least 75% wagyu, bred to a 100% wagyu bull

We raise American Wagyu beef the natural way, using regenerative farming practices. Our animals graze our pastures all through the spring, summer, and fall. Come winter, they are fed the grass hay we produce from our land.
